ArtXpress IV

I was inspired by the pilot and crew of US Airways flight 1549 for the heroic action they took which led to the survival of all passengers and crew on board.

As an Artist I felt compelled to paint the following scenes of the historic event. From the plane taking off from La Guardia airport until the pilot's decision to touch down on the Hudson River and the historic rescue of everyone on board.

This historic and miraculous event will always be remembered.
